This Auto Darkening Welding Helmet includes an extra large 4.09 inch by 2.13 inch viewing area, and highly advanced electronics to handle a wide variety of welding processes. This also includes being able to work though low amp TIG arcs.
The 3M Hornell Speedglas 9002X has four built in vents within the helmet for reduced stuffiness. The complete package for this helmet includes the helmet, weighing approximately 4 pounds, a headband, and the auto darkening filter. For those welders who handle a myriad of amperages, and different arc welding processes, it offers precise clear vision so even the darker, dimmer jobs can be completed! This helmet is also solar chargeable.

The solar panel rests on the front of the filter cassette and helps to power the unit. The solar charge can hold up to 3,000 hours. There are over 60 control combinations to achieve the most efficiency and comfort while working. The newer model 9002X has detectors with greater sensitivity.
